To provide an accurate estimate and tailored recommendations, the consultation must be conducted on-site at the project location. This allows us to evaluate the space, discuss your vision, and determine the full scope of the project—together.
Service Option One: Self-Guided Plan

After your on-site assessment, you’ll receive a customized Plan of Action tailored to your space and goals. This detailed roadmap will outline step-by-step guidance to help you declutter, organize, and optimize your space effectively.

You’ll then have the flexibility to work through the plan at your own pace, with the confidence of a professionally developed strategy behind you.

Ideal for those who are motivated and prefer to take a hands-on, independent approach.
Service Option Two: Guided Implementation

Following your on-site assessment, you’ll receive a tailored Plan of Action designed to meet your specific needs and goals.

From there, The Tidy Method LLC will take the lead in executing the plan—organizing, decluttering, and optimizing your space on your behalf.

You remain responsible for disposing of any items that are identified for removal, donation, or recycling.

This option is ideal for clients who want hands-on help but prefer to manage the disposal process themselves.
Service Option Three: Full-Service Support

After your on-site assessment, you’ll receive a personalized Plan of Action outlining the steps to transform your space.

From there, The Tidy Method LLC will fully implement the plan—handling the organizing, decluttering, and space optimization for you.

As part of this premium service, we also take possession of the items identified for removal, saving you the time and effort of handling disposal.

This is the most hands-off, stress-free option—perfect for clients who want complete support from start to finish.

Restrictions apply. I cannot remove hazardous materials, large appliances, firearms, ammunition, or illegal substances. Outsourcing referrals available upon request.
Service Option Four: Collaborative Sorting and Full Service Removal

Following your on-site assessment, you’ll receive a customized Plan of Action tailored to your project’s goals.

The Tidy Method LLC will then carry out the plan, working closely with you to thoughtfully sort and designate items you wish to keep, gift to family members, or donate to charities, churches, or another location of your choice.
You will be responsible for distributing or delivering these designated items as you see fit. -
We will take possession of the remaining items identified for removal, giving you peace of mind and a clean, functional space.

Important Notices
If The Tidy Method LLC takes possession of any items for removal, a signed release form will be required. A disposal fee may also apply, depending on the volume and type of items removed.

For transparency and documentation purposes, a video camera will be used during the removal process to capture the condition and handling of all items.
Pricing & Payment Policy
How much does The Tidy Method LLC cost?

A consultation is required to provide an accurate estimate, as the size and scope of each project can vary significantly.

Starting rate: Approximately $75 per hour
(Final pricing will be determined after the consultation based on project complexity and service level.) -

All payment terms and any applicable fees will be clearly outlined in your Plan of Action provided for you within 48 hours of the consultation.
